At 507 Second Street, applicant J. Chris Gillette sought to replace an existing sign and add the business designation "LLC" to the panel. "It will replace the sign that's already there," Gillette said, noting the only change was to add "LLC" after "attorney at law." Commissioners moved to approve the sign with that addition; Mr. Donahoe moved approval with the amendment and Mr. Wilson seconded. The applicant provided a printed sample to be attached to the file.
At 105B Church Street, Full Figure LLC requested a sandwich-style, double-sided sign to replace a prior hanging sign and to restore a missing iron hanger. The commission confirmed the proposed sign met size guidelines and approved the application. Miss Robinson moved approval; Mr. Wilson seconded.
Staff instructed applicants to submit final artwork and the printed sample to the application file. Both motions passed on voice votes.
