A commissioner asked whether the subdivision would have direct access to Ellendale or Oak Ridge; Director Taylor confirmed it would not and said a note would be added to the plat stating there is no direct access. David Bray, the applicant, was present and indicated he agreed to staff's conditions.
The commission voted to approve the construction plan. The roll call recorded the item as passed with affirmative votes recorded by James Reed; Greg Easton; David Hunt; Paul Kaiser; Jim Lamb; Ken Dimitrio; Don Conway; John Conroy; Alderman Young.
