School Board awards multimedia production RFP to LCP Multimedia LLC with one-year renewal options

If exercised, option year 1 would run July 30, 2026, through July 29, 2027; option year 2 would run July 30, 2027, through July 29, 2028; and option year 3 would run July 30, 2028, through July 29, 2029.
Board member motions to approve the award were made and seconded on the record; the motion carried unanimously. There was no public comment on the item during the meeting.
The award authorizes the purchasing department to handle renewals, but renewals are contingent upon annual performance reviews and the vendor meeting the district’s responsiveness and responsibility standards. The superintendent presented the recommendation and the board took formal action to approve the contract award and renewal authorization.
