One bidder is reportedly a Connecticut resident purchasing two parcels on Thunderbird Hills, and Orr said the action would add revenue to the county treasury while removing delinquent parcels from the tax rolls. A supervisor moved and seconded approval of the over‑the‑counter tax deeds. After a voice vote the board approved the sales.
