Staff emphasized the largest project at 3.92 on Lynch Road could be designed as a bridge or other solution and said Fish and Wildlife had suggested a longer structure at that location. Commissioners supported creating County Road Project (CRP) numbers to move the design work forward; staff said they expect to advance design and then return with construction plans or updated cost estimates as design proceeds.
