The committee then discussed timing for substantive project reviews, with staff indicating some administrative changes on the town side mean the committee likely will delay full project reviews until after Sept. 1.
Committee members discussed meeting cadence for heavy workloads: multiple members said they preferred shorter, more frequent meetings rather than long single sessions. As one member put it, shorter meetings "are a little bit easier" and better for focusing on a single subject. Staff said they would circulate a calendar once town administration confirms scheduling changes.
The meeting concluded with the usual adjournment motion and voice vote to end the session.
Next steps: staff will finalize the calendar and notify committee members. The committee also confirmed that it will appoint a representative to the report-writing group and maintain continuity with members who previously served in that role.
