The public hearing was scheduled for Aug. 11 at 9:15 a.m. at the county’s Law Enforcement Center (LEC) and will notify affected landowners, utilities and subdivisions. Staff said the board would circulate maps and owner lists in advance; county staff also recommended over-notifying property owners to ensure affected parties are informed.
