MERRIMACK, N.H. — TF Moran presented an amendment for phase 2 of a previously approved warehouse/manufacturing project at 7 Crows Nest Circle; conservation commissioners said the changes — reduced unit depth, larger mezzanines and 57 additional parking spaces — do not create new stormwater concerns because the originally approved systems were designed with capacity for the full buildout.
