MERRIMACK, N.H. — Fieldstone Land Consultants and the owner of Ferris Enterprises presented a revised site plan for a 9,870‑square‑foot warehouse at 101 Herrick Street, and conservation commissioners said the project’s current erosion‑control and stormwater measures address their usual concerns for sites adjacent to wetlands.

Chris Guida of Fieldstone described a site that will capture stormwater coming off Daniel Webster Highway into two culverts, treat on‑site runoff through a detention/bioretention basin and discharge across a stabilized outfall. Guida said the plan includes stormwater capture for on‑site flows and incoming off‑site flows; commissioners confirmed they had received the stormwater management report and engineering materials.
