Miss Buchanan presented the reports, saying, “For your consideration, we'd like to receive and file the, quarterly report as well as the investment report as of June 30.” A board member moved approval and the motion was seconded; there were no questions or discussion recorded and the vote passed unanimously.
The action was recorded as a clerical receipt and filing of financial documents; no budget appropriations, adjustments or program changes were made on the record during the meeting.
