Commissioner Rogers moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Winters seconded the motion. The roll call vote was 12 in favor, none opposed, with two commissioners absent; the motion carried.
Commission discussion on the floor was limited to the mayor’s presentation and the routine roll call. No specific funding source, tuition arrangement, enrollment cap or additional implementation details were presented during the meeting.
