The Plan Commission approved a site landscaping and architectural design review for White Road Baptist Church at 8337 West White Road to permit a new ADA ramp on the north side of the building.
Planner Jack described the ramp as beginning near the bottom of the existing staircase and returning to meet the top of the stairs; handrails and masonry base materials will match the existing building. Staff recommended approval provided the applicant submits replacement landscaping area, building permits and any signage permits required by the code.
Commissioners voted to approve the plan with the listed staff conditions.
