Staff said the proposed 108‑square‑foot sign is consistent with typical allowances for tenant spaces of that size (the maximum for similar tenant spaces is often 125 square feet) and recommended approval. The commission voted to approve the sign plan appeal.
Staff will administratively process the final sign permit to confirm materials and mounting meet code and building permit requirements.
