The Plan Commission approved a sign plan appeal allowing a painted wall sign for Allgoods at its new location, 8436 W. Greenfield Ave. Planner Jack said the proposed painted sign measures 3 feet by 8 feet (24 square feet), well under the municipal maximum signage allowance for the site, and that a prior billboard on the lot had been removed.
Staff recommended approval subject to satisfaction of the sign code’s creative sign subsection. Commissioners moved and approved the recommendation at the hearing.
Jack noted no other signage was proposed for the application and that staff would ensure the sign meets the creative‑sign standards before final sign permit issuance.
