The Central Virginia Transportation Authority finance committee voted Sept. 10 to recommend that the full authority approve a project agreement for the Busy Street Extension in Chesterfield County (CBTA 0048) and accepted a request to remove another agenda item, CBTA 0042 (Route 360 widening), so it can be refiled with a change in project administration.
