On July 23 the Norfolk County Commissioners approved payroll and expense warrants covering county and school payrolls and expenses, and approved a new entry for a $158,825 US Bank innovation loan for the Norfolk County Agricultural High School.
The warrant list approved by the commission included: county payroll (line item 2603) in the amount of $189,672.40; school payroll (26-3, Branch C) of $255,286.82; a second school payroll entry (26-3(2)) of $138,171.37; a county expense warrant (07-04-26) of $749,207.79; and a new approval for US Bank for the Norfolk County Agricultural High School Innovation Loan in the amount of $158,825.
Motions to approve each warrant were made, seconded and approved on voice votes.
Why it matters: Warrants authorize county payrolls and expenditures and the loan approval establishes a financing entry for the Agricultural High School.
