The board approved an order to rescind and release a previous demolition order for the property at 1101 Roosevelt after staff reported the property has been rehabilitated. A staff member said the property had been under review for several years and that recent work indicated it had been rehabbed.

“Happy to report to the board. Mister Lueder provided some photos. I don't have those today printed out, but it's a, this is a long time coming,” the staff member said, noting the property’s condition had improved and recommending the rescission and release be signed as presented. A board member recommended approval and the board concurred.

Because the property is no longer on the demolition list, staff noted the related neighboring property (1152 Roosevelt) should progress more quickly under the same contractor, and the board scheduled a follow-up status on related properties as part of the meeting’s old-business items.
