The Board of County Commissioners on July 15, 2025, approved the transfer of a retail liquor license from Arrowhead Lodge LLC to Arrowhead Lodge Wyoming LLC for the 2025–26 license year following a brief public hearing and a short introduction by the applicant.
The chair introduced the matter and invited the applicant to speak. Tracy Worley, identified by the chair as the new owner of Arrowhead Lodge, told commissioners, “Hi. I'm Tracy Worley. I moved up here from Texas to take over the area.” The chair opened the required public hearing at 9:03 a.m.; no members of the public spoke, and the chair closed the hearing at 9:03 a.m.
Commissioner Haswell moved to approve the license transfer and to authorize the chair to sign the license; Commissioner Arzic seconded the motion. The roll call was recorded as three ayes: the chair, Commissioner Haswell and Commissioner Arzic. The chair said “Motion passes.”
During discussion the commissioners offered brief welcoming remarks to the new owner. Commissioner Haswell said, “Chairman, welcome again and yeah. Hope you have a successful successful season. Ready to be out of Texas for the winter?” Worley replied, “Yes.” The transcript records no public opposition and no conditions attached to the approval.
The action authorizes the transfer for the 2025–26 license year; the transcript does not record subsequent administrative steps or licensing conditions that may be required by county or state licensing authorities.
