At Sage Valley, an unplanned gym floor repair was authorized after installers found buckling in part of the floor; staff estimated the repair would be paid from major maintenance and anticipated a cost in the roughly $48,000–$50,000 range, with about 17 square feet likely requiring replacement. Lakeway Learning Center demo and interior work are underway and on schedule; Rye Junior‑Senior High turf and field drainage work is in progress with completion expected for fall use. A request to the Wyoming Department of Education for lighting funding on the Rye field was denied; staff plans to shift that work to major maintenance funds.
Trustees asked about re‑testing and warranty protection; staff said they will not tile until watertightness is confirmed and warranties preserved. No formal action was taken; staff will report further updates and timing to the board.
