Allen County commissioners on June 13 approved final closing documents for the sale of property at 4315 Meyer Road.
County staff said the transaction had reached the stage where signature and approval of closing documents were required. "These documents have been prepared by your attorneys and the closing agent for the transaction, and I have reviewed them and approved them and asked that you would do the same," staff said, requesting approval of the limited warranty deed, sales disclosure form, closing affidavit and seller statement.
A commissioner moved to approve the documents for closing and another seconded; the motion carried. County staff thanked commissioners and noted the sale represented stewardship of a de-acquisition property.
