Allen County Commissioners on June 27 approved a three‑year renewal with DocTrack (referred to in the meeting as DocTrack/DocTrack) for policy and procedure management used by the Community Corrections office.
Chondra Reichert, senior finance manager for Allen County Community Corrections, said the office stores roughly 350 policies and uses the software to centralize documents and track employee attestations. "This year the cost, is gonna be $2,405 for the next 3 years. So in total, we're entering into $7,215 agreement for a period of 3 years," Reichert told the board.
Reichert said the three‑year term was negotiated after the commissioners asked staff to seek cost savings; she said the longer term yields an estimated savings of about $1,000 per year compared with repeated one‑year renewals. Reichert also said Mr. Feitner and Ms. Mazer reviewed the case‑study language and contract terms for the county.
A commissioner made a motion to approve the renewal; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
