The Rutland Town Select Board awarded the shared-use path fence contract to Springfield Fencing after opening bids during the meeting. A motion to award the bid was made and seconded; Seard said he would contact the contractor to confirm scheduling. The board approved the award by voice vote. Seard told the board the fence is chain-link and that neighbors had been consulted.
