OP staff said no opposition was yet identified but noted the applicant had circulated materials and outreach to ANC 7O and other groups.

The commission recorded the matter as a contested case and asked OP to work with the applicant to prepare a fuller record prior to the hearing, including displacement mitigation detail and an expanded Comp Plan analysis. The commission emphasized the map amendment’s potential to enable infill and additional housing but directed staff and the applicant to bring concrete mitigation measures and engagement documentation when the application returns for hearing.
