Douglas County staff and the design-build team gave commissioners an update July 30 on phase 2 tenant finish work for the county’s Public Safety Building, describing a plan to complete the sheriff’s office fit-out, vehicle storage, evidence space and shared circulation, and a projected additional cost range between $6.5 million and $7.5 million.
