Superintendent says district will roll out PSA and new rules on cellphones and personal devices beginning in September

Doctor Reynolds, the New Rochelle superintendent, told the board during the summer meeting that the district will issue a public service announcement and introduce new rules regarding cell phone and personal device use beginning in September.

"Please be on the lookout, around the August for a PSA that I'll be presenting as it relates to some changes to our school, regulations, in particular as it relates to cell phone use and and personal devices, in our schools, beginning in September," Reynolds said. He did not provide specific details about the proposed rules during the public session.
