Anaheim council hears OC Vibe construction update; developer targets parking and park openings before 2028 Olympics

‘‘The goal is to allow patrons to start to utilize that garage in October,’’ said Matt Hicks, the applicant’s representative, describing progress on Parking Decks B and C, part of a larger garage system west of the Honda Center. City staff and the developer said the construction program includes a 5,700‑seat concert hall, a market hall and the first two residential buildings that will include newly constructed affordable housing for the Platinum Triangle.
