Why it matters: the continuance preserves the applicant’s place on the agenda while giving additional time for materials, neighbors and staff to review and prepare for the July hearing. No substantive testimony or debate on the merits of the application occurred at the June 17 meeting.
The continuance and waiver were recorded in the meeting minutes; the applicant will return on July 15.
