The adjudication board granted an appeal and closed the case regarding 1428 Erie Boulevard after the city inspector reported the property owner had met the required repairs. Ron Snyder, inspector for the City of Sandusky Code Compliance Office, told the board the case has been closed and that the owner “fulfilled her obligation to our office.”

Board members moved and seconded a motion to grant the appeal. A roll-call vote recorded yes votes from Miss Gamblin, Miss Johnson, Miss Warner, Mister Sharath and Miss Mazunga; the motion passed and the board closed the case. The board asked that the closure be reflected in future case materials as appropriate.

No fines or continuing enforcement were recorded for that item in the hearing packet after Snyder’s report; the inspector recommended no further action since compliance was achieved.
