The county board approved several routine agenda items by voice vote, including an ISAC voting resolution naming department heads, a utility permit for the Southwest Regional Water District and multiple requests to use the courthouse lawn.

A board member moved to approve the ISAC voting resolution; another member seconded and the board voted “Aye.” The resolution names department heads and others who may exercise voting privileges at ISAC meetings. A board member described the measure as “a normal thing that has to be done.”
