City seeks magistrate authorization to allow attorney to start foreclosures on several delinquent liens

For several of the listed cases staff said fines dated from 2020'1 and daily fines established in prior orders had accumulated for many months. The magistrate indicated he would include the specific recorded lien descriptions in the orders and authorized the clerk to prepare them or continue as required.
