Presenter demonstrates bulkhead and swivel-hose installation for growing reservoir

Staff member, Presenter, demonstrated how to fit a bulkhead and a swivel hose fitting to a growing reservoir, saying the fittings should be tightened only enough to seat the washers and that the swivel hose fitting can be removed to detach the reservoir. "So hold it on the inside and just snug it up just just a little bit. No need to make it super tight. Actually the tighter it is the more it will compress the, the washer," the presenter said. The presenter showed the same approach for the swivel hose fitting, noting it "fits right on" and advising operators to "hold it on the inside and then just tighten up that swivel hose fitting right there." The demonstration concluded with instructions for disassembly: remove the swivel hose fitting first so "the growing reservoir is free to take off." These steps, according to the presenter, are intended to seat the inside and outside washers without over-compressing them and to allow the reservoir to be removed for maintenance.
