The Warren County School Corporation board approved the district’s 2025–2027 strategic plan after a presentation by Dr. Redmond, who reviewed priorities and action steps for the next two school years.
The plan, which was presented to the board and placed in the board packet for action, retains four pillars: student growth and success; student safety and support; staff empowerment and professional learning; and family communication and support. The board voted to approve the plan as presented.
Dr. Redmond said the strategic plan is intended to keep work aligned across stakeholders and ‘‘helps organize our time and energy.’’ He told the board the plan is also a communications tool so families and community members can quickly see district priorities on the website.
