Mills County Commissioners approved a 60-month lease agreement for three Canon copiers and associated service for the sheriff’s office. The sheriff told the court the package includes one Canon “ton” machine and two other Canon devices with service charges of $0.015 per black-and-white copy and $0.06 per color copy; the total package will be set up as a five-year rent/lease.

County staff said the price is the same as the previous five-year contract. The court moved, seconded and approved the copier lease agreement by a recorded aye vote. No further conditions or alternative procurement options were discussed during the session.
