The Peninsula Housing Authority board approved its consent agenda on a routine vote that covered June timesheets, the June regular meeting minutes and check registers, including Section 8 accounts. The board then recessed into an approximately 15-minute executive session and returned to open session.

The consent agenda items were moved and seconded and carried on voice votes. A commissioner recused from at least one vote on the check registers; the record shows the recusal was noted during the Section 8 check-register motion and that the remaining commissioners voted in favor.

There were no public commenters in the room or on Zoom when the board called for public comment. After the executive session, board members confirmed the next regular meeting will be Aug. 20 at the Peninsula Housing Authority boardroom, 27 East 8th Street, Port Angeles, and reminded commissioners about training scheduled for Aug. 11–12.

No other formal actions or policy changes were announced when the board returned to open session.
