Yonkers ' At its July 29 special meeting, the Yonkers City Council voted 6-0 to accept a $16,667.67 Summer Youth Employment Program grant from the Westchester County Youth Bureau and to approve an intermunicipal agreement between the City of Yonkers and the County of Westchester to provide the youth employment program through the city's Youth Bureau.
