The Panama City CRA on July 29 approved a new Community Redevelopment Agency logo (design option 2 from staff presentation) and asked staff and the marketing consultant to prepare final art with a simplified version for small‑format uses.

Staff said three concepts were presented at a recent workshop; the board selected option 2 and asked that the words “Community Redevelopment Agency” be dropped from small merchandise versions (for legibility on embroidery, shirts and coins). The board voted 3‑0 to approve the selection and directed staff to have the consultant finalize high‑resolution art.

Chairman Branch contributed one of the draft concepts and staff said marketing will finalize the chosen design.
