Dale said PCA letters and legal advertisements were published and that a hearing for a property (the "Whites") asking for an area variance is scheduled for July 31 in the Administration Building. He also asked trustees whether they wanted to interview two applicants for alternate positions on the board of zoning appeals; a trustee made a motion "to just hire both candidates that applied, effective immediately," and the trustees voted to approve the appointments. Dale said he was contacted by a representative from a wireless infrastructure firm, Harmony (via consultant Kimley‑Horn), about a proposed new cell tower on Chapel Road at 1300 Chapel Road. He said Harmony was not yet ready to file a formal application and that township contact was unlikely for "another month or two," but he advised trustees in advance so they would not be surprised. Dale also reported continuing enforcement activity at Lehigh Mobile Home Estates. He said a tour with an assistant found nine empty mobile homes assessed as uninhabitable and six inoperable vehicles on the site; he said seven of the nine empty homes are listed to the park owner in auditor records and staff will contact remaining owners. He said he and staff will work with the park owner on removal options but cautioned options may be limited. Dale covered other zoning inquiries, including fence permit questions and reuse of an existing cell tower on George Road that T‑Mobile has been investigating. Trustees did not take new regulatory action at the meeting beyond appointing alternates and scheduling the shared‑driveway hearing for a future meeting.
