Staffing coverage and leave: The staff liaison, Denise, said that, assuming plans proceed, she will attend the August 26 meeting and then go on maternity leave; Bruce will step in as the commission’s liaison and will handle leases and tenant relations during that period. "Assuming all goes to plan, I will be with you for August 26, and then I will be out on my maternity leave," Denise said. Staff said Bruce has been involved behind the scenes and is prepared to take over liaison duties while Denise is away.
Ending: Staff said they will continue internal discussions about hiring for the vacant position, will circulate more detailed lease and CIP materials for the commission’s August budget intake, and will confirm final cash reconciliation in September.
