Plan and Zone Commission re-elects Tallman as secretary; Ingram elected chair

At the close of the July 15 meeting the Plan and Zone Commission conducted its election of officers for the coming term. Commissioner Cole moved to nominate Commissioner Tallman for secretary; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Commissioner Schilling nominated Barbara Maness for vice chair; the nomination was seconded and carried by voice vote. Commissioner Garrington nominated Robert Ingram for chair; the nomination was seconded and carried by voice vote; Ingram accepted the nomination and spoke briefly.
No roll-call opposition was recorded during the meeting minutes for these internal elections; the chair stated the commission looks forward to working with staff on upcoming items.
