The resolution accepted surety and approved the plat subject to two conditions: the property owner must acknowledge that driveways cannot be constructed such that vehicles must back onto South 90 Fifth Street, and the council must approve public utility easements in the front yard to preserve several trees in the backyard. Planning staff said there were no outstanding issues and recommended approval.
The council voted unanimously to accept surety and release the final plat. No public testimony was offered during the hearing. Staff will proceed with recordation and insured surety in accordance with the approved plat conditions.
