A commissioner moved to approve the lease as modified and to give the judge final authority to sign the completed document; the motion included that the dollar amount originally presented to the court remain part of the lease. The court voted by voice; the judge announced the motion carried.
The ratified motion gave the judge authority to execute the final document once county staff and GBOD incorporated the agreed capital-expenditure terms.
