School committee adopts 2025–26 calendar with amendment clarifying July/August agenda focus

Jake Lang presented a proposed school committee calendar for the 2025–26 year that largely mirrors the prior yearwith adjustments for holidays and graduations.
Member Phoenix McLaughlin moved to approve the calendar as presented. Member Eames asked that the July/August meeting descriptions be broadened from "personnel only" to "personnel and updates" to reflect planned agenda items such as ESPEN updates; committee members accepted the amendment as friendly. Member Iman Osman seconded the motion.
The committee voted unanimously to approve the calendar with the amended description. There were no abstentions recorded.
The chair noted that if additional meetings are needed they will be publicly announced in advance.
