"Gold rush design review guidelines have to go to the board," Paulina Pivak, senior planner, told the commission, and said other initiatives have had some initial work but no forward progress.
Pivak said the certified local government work and a historic resources inventory database "haven't had forward progress yet, but they all have some work that's been started." Commissioners had no additional questions during the update.
No formal motion was made and no timeline or funding was approved during the meeting. The items remain on staff's radar and slated for future action when staff capacity and priorities allow.
