Henderson County commissioners appointed Brandon Delaney to the Emergency Service District No. 12 board to serve through Dec. 31, 2026.
Commissioner McCam explained the vacancy arose after a previous ESD director, Mark Hammock, was appointed to a city council. "Mr. Delaney expressed a desire to serve the fire department and the community," Commissioner McCam said, and noted Delaney is a longtime Chandler resident with prior city-council experience.
The court moved, seconded and approved the appointment unanimously.
Ending: Delaney will begin serving on ESD No. 12’s board for the remainder of the term ending Dec. 31, 2026; the county clerk or appropriate staff will record the appointment per statutory requirements.
