The Landmarks Preservation Commission approved an application Tuesday to add a single window opening on the sixth floor of the block-sized Gansevoort Market ensemble at 95 Horatio Street.
The applicant, architect Steve Kilcoyne of Allen & Kilcoyne Architects, told the commission the proposed opening would replicate a paired window configuration already present nearby and match previously approved aluminum 1-over-1 windows on the building’s adapted residential facade.
