City Manager Mark Westoff told the commission the consent agenda included approval of minutes, an on-call electrical services contract for 2025 and a cereal malt beverage license for Sharp's Sure Fine Foods LLC contingent on building inspector approval. "We have 3 items on the consent agenda today... The second is to award the 2025 electrical services contract to Gerber Electric. And the third is to approve the cereal malt beverage license for Sharp's Sure Fine Foods LLC contingent upon building inspector approval," Westoff said.
