Yang told the hearing the plan is projected to "create close to 14,700 new homes, of which approximately 4,300 would be permanently income restricted and rent regulated," and to "create nearly 3,500,000 square feet of new floor area for commercial and community facility uses" and support roughly 14,400 new jobs.
