The Board of Estimating Apportionment’s scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, was postponed after an official announced the board did not have a quorum. WACC officer Sean Kocas said the board had only two members present and that the body requires three of four members to proceed. He said, “Since we only have 2 board members here today, ... We will not be able to continue with today's board of estimating apportionment meeting. It will be postponed until further notice.” The meeting was halted without any substantive agenda business taken up for the estimating apportionment body. The announcement came before the City’s Board of Contracts and Supply convened. The WACC officer said the meeting is postponed until further notice and handed the session to the press office. No new date for a rescheduled meeting was provided during the session.
