Neenah — The City of Neenah Common Council on July 16 approved a maintenance-assessment services contract covering 2026 through 2030 with Associated Appraisal Consultants Inc., with an average annual fee of $42,000.

Alderman Steiner reported the finance and personnel committee recommended the contract; the council adopted the recommendation by voice vote (8–0) following a motion and second. The motion was described in committee as action to approve the maintenance assessment services contract for the stated period and fee.

The contract will authorize the vendor to provide assessment services as outlined in the city procurement and committee materials. Council members recorded no questions during the floor discussion and voted to approve the contract unanimously.
