Housing and Development Commission elects chair, vice chair and shifts meeting time to 5:30 p.m.

The Housing and Development Commission elected Kyle Vogel as chair and re‑elected Mary Anne Dennis as vice chair during its July meeting and voted to move its regular meeting time from 6:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., beginning with the August meeting. The commission approved the June meeting minutes by motion and voice vote. A motion to change the regular meeting time to 5:30 p.m. was made and seconded and carried by voice vote; staff confirmed the change will take effect with the August meeting. Commission member George Kumarques said the July meeting would be his last; staff stated that once he files an official resignation the city will post the vacancy and follow the normal appointment process through city council.
